The BIPOC Meditation Group (or Collective) is an offering for Black and Indigenous Peoples and People of Color (BIPOC) to help foster a space of safety, awareness, community, and healing. It is an opportunity to share our personal, social, political, and/or spiritual lives together, supported by the teachings and practice of mindfulness meditation. Our meetings will include meditation practice, contemplative discussion, and tea and socializing.
We are open to anyone who self-identifies as BIPOC, and individuals from any or no spiritual tradition are welcome. No prior meditation experience is required. Please come as you are. Donations gratefully accepted (but not expected) and go toward sustaining the growth of the Collective as well as the Dharma House.
